1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to:

• Visitors to aijungo.com
• Prospective clients who request a Systems Audit or otherwise contact us
• Active clients using Aijungo's services
• Contacts of our clients whose data is processed through our systems on behalf of our clients

If you are a contact in a client's automation system, your data is processed by Aijungo as a data processor on behalf of that client (the data controller). Please contact the business whose system you interacted with for information about their privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information You Provide Directly

• Name and business name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Website address, the areas you choose to fix first, and a description of your business challenge, when you request a Systems Audit
• Business type, size, and location
• Payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications with us via email, phone, or contact forms

When you submit the Systems Audit form, your submission is sent from our website to our CRM platform so we can respond to you.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type, version, and language
• Operating system and device type
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation path on our website
• Referring URL (how you found our site)
• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data

2c. Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, or your CRM) to our services, we may receive information from those platforms as authorized by you. This information is used solely to deliver your requested services.

2d. Client Contact Data

In operating automation systems for our clients, we may process personal data belonging to their leads and customers (names, phone numbers, email addresses). This data is processed under the direction of our client and is governed by our client agreement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, configure, and maintain the services you engage us for
• Process payments and send billing communications
• Respond to inquiries, including Systems Audit requests, and provide support
• Send onboarding materials, service updates, and product announcements
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

5. Marketing Communications and Text Messages

If you opt in to receive marketing email from Aijungo, every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time by clicking that link or by emailing info@aijungo.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may contact you by phone or text message about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of marketing will not affect transactional communications related to an active engagement, such as invoices, system alerts, and support responses.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers who help operate our business, such as payment processors, our CRM and marketing automation platform, email and text message delivery services, website analytics, website security and spam protection, and website hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Automation, integration, and communication platforms used to deliver client systems, only to the extent necessary to provide the service
• Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants) bound by confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aijungo or others
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of Aijungo's assets. You will be notified of any such change.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

7a. What We Use

• Google Analytics 4: analytics cookies that measure how visitors use our homepage, such as pages viewed, time on site, and whether a Systems Audit request was submitted. We do not send the content of your form submission to Google Analytics.
• Website chat: our chat widget is provided by our CRM platform. It may store cookies or similar data in your browser so that a conversation can continue across pages.
• Spam protection: our Systems Audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. When the check runs, Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address.
• Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

7b. Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the site, such as chat. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, but we honor opt-out requests sent to us directly.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to:

• Maintain our client relationship and deliver services
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically 7 years for financial records)
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
• Honor opt-out and suppression requests

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Client contact data processed on behalf of clients is deleted within 90 days of the end of the client engagement unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9a. All Users

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

9b. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold
• Right to delete personal information (with exceptions)
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Aijungo does not sell personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information

To exercise CCPA rights, email info@aijungo.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.

9c. EEA and UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us at info@aijungo.com to exercise these rights.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular review of data handling practices

No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. 13. Automated Decision-Making

Our services use automated systems to process leads and send communications on behalf of our clients. These automations do not make legally significant decisions about individuals. If you have concerns about automated processing affecting you, contact the business whose system you interacted with.

Aijungo is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
